    Purchased Radeon HD4850 and returned it.

    The card had problem with my system. I returned it and we agreed for refund minus his shipping cost. He refunded money but took extra $5 from his actual cost.
    Seller had very good communication habits: using his bb to reply email fast. But when I asked for explanation, he has been ignoring me for more than a month. Money is not the main issue. Any explanation would\'ve been enough to avoid neutral feedback. Hopefully this will be one time thing
