    Communication - excellent; shipping - very fast; packaging - Some items were damaged due to insufficient separation of items within the main envelope (seller quickly offered a generous partial refund); Item condition/functionality - The items that weren\'t damaged look and work fine; I\'d be happy to work with geneSW again, as i\'m confident he\'ll be more attentive to packaging in future, and i have a very good overall feeling about the transaction.
