  A good guy to deal with here. He was out of the country originally when he agreed to buy the rad, but kept in good contact during the deal. A problem developed with PayPal when he paid while out of the country and he got right on it and got everything straightened out. It turned out that PayPal was just being cautious because he approved the money from a foreign IP address when he paid.
  
  I would do business with Peter in the future. Don\'t let the lack of evals scare you away. AAA+++ trader.
