    Purchased iPhone 3GS 8GB, had to cancel transaction.

    iPhone 3GS sold for $90 and I sent the payment right away. Seller claimed that he had not received the $90 so I called PayPal and they had said that the money was sent and the transaction was completed so the seller should see it from his end. The seller then stated that his account was frozen on PayPal, urging me to send the $90 on AmazonPayments but I said no since I have already sent the money. I called PayPal again asking for the funds to be returned for a refund but the rep stated that since the sale was completed, there was nothing he could do. He also said that looking at the seller's account, there was no hold or anything in his account, and he does indeed have my $90 on his balance. Eventually the seller said he just got the money. A day after, he said that PayPal froze his account again and said he's issuing me a refund. He did not log on until a day after so I filed a dispute. Just around 3 days ago he said that he would just not reply to allow me to win the dispute and 10 days after(today the 10th day) I get my money back...
