    don't even pay attention to post nor look at the pics. complain the stuff is not new when I specifically said its not new.

    complain the reservior was dirty when actually that is the only thing was never used.

    I never stated that I was complaining that the items were not new, I knew it was not new. I'm complaining about the lack of description about the overall quality of the items you were selling. Either they were in poor condition before you shipped them, or because you didn't provide any packaging material when the items were being shipped (the radiator fins, for example), resulting in damage to the items.
