    Very excellent communication, trade was processed over a few weeks while waiting for new iPhone launch. Kept in touch with me the entire time, and let me know exactly how he was going to process everything. Was shipped within a few hours of payment, on a Friday, and I got it on a Monday. Ran into a small activation issue, and Mike was very responsive about it and even gave a partial refund for the trouble. Excellent transaction.
