  Items exactly as described. Shipping was so so... stated he would ship next day but got busy during the holidays, which is understandable but after several PM's and finally an email here on Heatware I got a reply that he was unable to ship the package yet. Shipped next day. I let him know when the package arrived and left positive Heat and have requested the same but he has ignored my requests. Communication could be better IMHO.
