  I bought a MINT T-Mobile HTC ONE from him

  Rattle was the Seller on February 20, 2014 HardForum

  Device arrived and looked BRAND NEW was very happy, Everything was great but within days the phone died. Was just a fluke incident. He was willing to do whatever it took to help get it fixed/replaced/rma'd.
  
  It was under warranty and everything worked out perfect, we kept in touch during the process and he always asked if there was anything I needed, invoice was supplied and everything.
  
  Really great guy awesome communication would trade with again in a heartbeat !
