    T came to the rescue. He hooked me up with a long Cat6 ethernet cable on the cheap!

    Trading with T is a pleasure indeed. He offered me a cable, and I threw a few bucks for shipping. He shipped it out right away, shipping was top notch and fast, and cable seems brand new. Couldn't ask for anything more.
