    Super easy to work with. Straight forward communication which I appreciated. Was also very understanding, as one case was used and was shipped without the hdd cage. He reminded me (politely) and was more than polite, waiting another few days to receive the cage which I got in the mail the next day. Not everyone would be as professional. I look forward to working with you in the future.
