    He responded to my listing and was excellent in describing what he had to offer and was very thorough with making sure everything was in working order. Shipment was quick and packaging didn't make me feel as if it wasn't enough at all. Laptop works great and am overall very satisfied. Not the first time we've done business and won't be the last!
