    I bought several BluRay discs and some DVD discs, seller offered them as a bundle, nerdy BBC documentaries mostly, but also the Bourne box set you can hide the nerdy movies in.

    The deal did NOT go smoothly but the seller showed character and took rapid steps to resolve the the issue. The parcel showed up at my address (in my mailbox, no less) without the goods inside, however it had obviously been opened in route. The Postal carrier who had made the "delivery" claimed they didn't deliver anything that was damaged that day. Of course they were apparently our “substitute” postman as we don’t rate a permanent mail carrier for our area.

    (When Shipping) Things happen, but the seller, byosys, resolved the issue promptly.. Overall, people you deal with are more important the the deal itself, and I look forward to dealing with byosys again in the future.
