    Bought the following items from Seller, but Seller didn't pack or insure properly and there was damage. Seller then refused to do a partial refund until Paypal got involved.     Seller messed up on packaging and insurance, and then expected me to eat it.

    Clearly a retaliatory feedback as I left mine 2 weeks ago. Made the mistake of basically shipping freebies ($33 for 26 sticks of ram and hard drives) to a guy using USPS ground. Never again. Thought it was insured and wasn't. My bad. He refused to test items, and refused 2 refunds for lesser money.
