    Ti200 is, but the card's core is 175 and RAM is 400. The RAM seems to be 5ns (I think that's what -5T means) which would equal 200mhz. Serial numbers I could find: Unknown barcode: 1B00378515 CPQ CT: P53A80AP5MME9D CPQ Assy. No: 254096 - 101 CPQ Spare No: 254864 - 001 MS-8851 VER:130 (corresponds to MSI GF3Ti200 model that looks the same except with active heatsinkfan and dvi-out. card has wire-print for dvi-out) nVIDIA 180-10050-0000-B04

    It came like posted, packaging was fine. very fast transaction.
