  When Rob received the package he was quite upset that I didn't package it as well as I should have--and I agree totally and won't make that mistake in the future. Still, Rob was very understanding and throughout the deal, maintaining constant feedback and updates and shipped the money out quickly as agreed. I'd definitely recommend trading with him.
