Steve's everything his reputation says he is! He is courteous, replies promptly, and shipped the processor the same day. He e-mailed me the tracking# for the package without my having to ask. When I had a bit of trouble getting the cpu to work, he responded quickly and in a concerned manner. Turns out that it was my motherboard that needed tweaking, not the cpu so his product does everything he said it would. I just bought another one from him, too! Thanks, Steve!
