When I got the package, I saw that there was a hole in the side [shipping damage] out of which the battery seems to have slipped out. Geez, I guess these things happen. I contacted the seller and provided a pic as soon as I could.

He handled the misfortune in a very mature way by giving me a refund after inquiring at the post office (I told him right away that I was not in a hurry). Great trader with good integrity. I wouldn't hesitate to deal with him again.
