Traded 1 HighPoint RocketHead SATA Converter for 1 LiteOn 48x24x48 CD-RW

I delivered the RocketHead SATA Converter to Liquid on-time and in 100% working condition by December 15, 2003.

After being told that the LiteOn CD-RW was to be shipped to me within the next 2 days, I was surprised when it did not show up.

Repeated attempts to contact Liquid inquiring on the status of the CD-RW went unanswered.

Finally, in February 2004, I contacted the administrators/moderators of the website on which this transaction occured to alert them to what occurred during this trade with one of their community members and the issue was resolved promptly and swiftly.

Within 1 week, the CD-RW was delivered to me in 100% working condition.

I had dealt with Liquid in previous online transactions and have left positive feedback regarding them, so I gave him the benefit of the doubt.

Unfortunately, it took the assistance of a 3rd party to resolve this trade.
