He was easy to get in touch with and generally very accessible via AIM and email.

Had some lengthy delays (about twelve days after my payment) with getting the item shipped, but this seems to have been related to his cross-country move that was occuring at the same time. He repeatedly promised that \'the item will ship tomorrow\', but it did not. In the end, these delays caused me to not have the item in time for a trip where it was required.

On balance the item is excellent, but I would recommend taking precautions if you need the item quickly.
