Attempted to purchase 2 NB-1L batteries from David.

Deal was agreed upon on April 8th, and Payment was sent that same day. I waited over 3 weeks for the batteries to arrive but they never did. I attempted to contact David several times and found out that they had never been shipped (due to some emergency he had to attend to). I constantly had to requested information via PM, and on numerous occasions felt I was being ignored. I also feel that I was given the runaround numerous times, and some subsequent excuses such as "UPS said something about the packaging so I'll try fedex". I requested a refund and after a few days wait finally received it, thus the neutral eval.

Do I think David is a troll? Not by nature. Do I think communication was poor? yes - extremely. Would I deal with again? Definitely not.

Originally made contact on HardOCP but then communicated through email. Stephen didn't have any heatware refs so he agreed to send the cpu to me first, overnight fedex - and at a great price, too! I then sent the money the next day. Communication has been excellent and Stephen is an all around nice guy to deal with. Packaging was superb as well. I'm predicting many more positive ratings in the future!
