I purchased a Logitech G15 Keyboard

I\'m sad to say this is the first evaluation I have had to leave that wasn\'t a positive. There are several reasons that contribute to my displeasure in my experience with czech09.
1) Extremely poor communication. He pm\'d me on April 5th to verify he received my payment, and stated he would let me know when it goes out. Which he did not. I did not hear a thing from him for 8 days until he replied to me telling me he had just sent it...and this was after I had to contact him out of concern on April 11th.
2) Extremely slow shipping. I sent payment on 4/04/07, and I received the keyboard on 04/16/07. 12 days is just not acceptable to me to receive a product that was paid for in advance. Perhaps this wouldn\'t have been an issue if there was a valid excuse, or if I was notified in advance that shipping would be delayed.
3) Poor packaging. The keyboard was sent in it\'s original box, and that\'s it. It was completely loose and flopping around in the box. I think he could have at least crumpled some newspaper in the box to pad and secure the keyboard during transport. Not to mention the Drivers CD was very scratched from sliding around in the box, unprotected as well.
I could have lived with any ONE of the above 3 issues I had with this deal, but to put them all together in one simple trade shows a serious lack of concern on his part about the people he is dealing with.
He also claims he sent it earlier and it was returned, and that is why it took so long for me to receive it. But if this is true, where is the proof for the original shipment? Why wasn\'t I notified it was shipped the first time? Why did the box not have any type of markings or stickers from a previous shipping attempt? I believe it was a lie, and a very poor excuse to cover himself for the lack of communication and shipping.
This whole transaction just shows a complete lack of respect for the buyer in my opinion. Had the keyboard been damaged, or had I not received it at all, this evaluation would have been a strong negative.
