Brett was a great guy to deal with. I shipped first and when my ti4600 arrived to him it was not functioning correctly. Apparently the HSF was damaged before I shipped when I blew it out with compressed air. Brett was willing to work with me and after I sent him money to fix the card he shipped the 9700 pro to me. I really appreciate the effort to make the deal work and willingness to repair the card rather than send it back to me. Great guy and would recommend trading with him to anyone. Thanks!
