Communication was initially good but was slow and sporadic after a week of no contact from Ins0mnyteq on HardForum. It took about 3 weeks before shipping out despite being promised tracking info multiple times. I ended up opening a PayPal claim and Ins0mnyteq finally shipped out 3 days later. He said that he was swamped at work. I would have liked better communication and being informed that there was going to be a delay instead of being strung along. A disclaimer in the initial sale thread about possible shipping delays would have sufficed for me.

I hope this was just an isolated incident. I honestly believe this was a rare oversight by the seller. In the end I received everything as described and am pleased with the purchase.
