He obviously got these tickets for free and does not want to refund me $9 because Fandango's system denied the code.

The first time I purchased. I had no problem. Then I purchased again and I tried to make the purchase on fandango on the last day 10/31 in which boris states and it was cancelled for some strange reason. It happened to a few others at FW too. So, I kindly ask him for a refund of $9 because the code did not work and it wasn't my fault. He states he can not refund me and wanted to offer 2 other tickets to another movie. I decline because I was not interested in that movie and didn't want to go through the hassle of the customer service and having to exchange. I ask a few more times for a refund. Then he makes an excuse and says he BOLDLY states it expires on 10/31. When something expires on a date stated, it is still good for that day. He tried to tell me that 10/30 is the last day to purchase tickets. I ask for a refund again. He comes back and says i sold the code and i'm trying to rip him off of $9. This guy lacks any respect as a seller and because for some reason Fandango screwed up, he is not willing to issue a refund of $9. Very poor service.
