He had one problem due to my not realizing that a program needed to synchronize the Clie with the computer wasn't available from Sony's site, and informed me of the issue quickly. I sent him the needed files a couple of hours after I got his email. He's a very trustworthy guy, and was polite when emailing about the issue.

I sent him a money order for the pump. He told me it was slightly broken (its seal) and fixed it, however I found out before it shipped that it wasn't powerful enough for my application. I was making a 4-foot tall bong tower with three parallel lines, and a ~200gph pump wouldn't have been strong enough. Skrill sent back my money, minus $10 which I told him to keep for the trouble and time.

He's a very honorable person. He's trustworthy, and is a great trader.
