Shipping was so so... stated he would ship next day but got busy during the holidays, which is understandable but after several PM's and finally an email here on Heatware I got a reply that he was unable to ship the package yet. Shipped next day. I let him know when the package arrived and left positive Heat and have requested the same but he has ignored my requests. Communication could be better IMHO.
