Horendous experience. Laptop nowhere close to what he described. He then did not want to get back or readjust his price. Had to post a big thread on the forum to get some sense in him. He only gave in under the pressure of the board and the TrollHunters and he never agreed to take it back. I was stuck with a piece of crap.

He did not have Heatware at the time so I could not post Heat for him then. Now that he has an account, I can.

Thought I was buying a brand new phone, but ended up getting a used one. Novowel claimed he had no idea how that could happen, but it did. He took no responsibility for it, so he gets a negative.

Novowel maintained good communication and items were shipped promptly. One of the games wouldn\'t load and had a fairly significant scratch on it. He initially offered to refund my money for that disk but I was able to fix it. I am leaving a neutral eval as I don\'t think this game was checked out and confirmed to be working before it was shipped. I tried it on 3 different PS2s and non would load it.
