I requested and paid for overnight shipping. She shipped it out UPS overnight but Staples (UPS shipping station) messed up big time. They never sent out the package. She was OVER committed to getting to the bottom of the problem. She called UPS and Staples a numerous times, got a refund for the shipping and credited me immediately. I am completely satisfied with her dedication to getting me the product as promised.
