Great guy. Took pictures quickly when I asked and cleaned off previous CPU goop for me. Shipped in bubbly enevelope inside processor box (that teeny thing) and then inside a GIANT anti-static bag! (which I use frequently, thanks) Package arrived on schedule. I cannot say if this product works yet as I am still waiting to find a heatsink to cool my overclocking needs >;)

Definitely would do business again. I apologize for neglecting to leave you heat, I keep meaning to leave it after I test the processor, but I trust that it works flawlessly.
