It pains me to write a negative evaluation and if I were to receive payment tomorrow it wouldn't change my evaluation of our trade.

I shipped the system priority and he was to contact me upon receiving it, test it then send payment. It was delivered on a Thursday and when I hadn't heard from him by Friday, and after seeing a thread where he was trying to sell his system for 378.00--my system was $375.00, I attempted to make contact. Friday evening he responded to one of my instant messages stating that it had arrived and he would test it on Saturday when he got home. I then told him as long as payment was sent by Tues. that was fine and contact me after he mailed payment. I received an email ststing he would send payment on Saturday.

Thursday came and I still hadn't heard from him so I sent an email, and instant messages. Late Thurs he answered one of my im's that he was sorry and it had been a hectic day etc. He the said he was going to ship the system back. He claimed a door was broken or hanging off. After some discussion I told him no problem I have another one. Then he said the door of the dvd writer wouldn't open. I told him I had another one of those also that were the same specs.

He stated that he weas going to take it to a friend tomorrow and see what he said. I told him as long as you contact me I can live with it(something to that effect) and then I stated what could your friend possibly do as it sounds as if it is broken plastic.
In our conversation I asked if the cardboard box it arrived in was damaged and stated I thought I had packaged it very well surrounding it with foam. He stated no it was packaged good.

He has been online and has posted at another website but hasn't answered any of my emails or messages.

Call it bad trading practices, slow to respond, slow to pay, or trolling. At the very least he has been irrresponsible regarding this transaction.

I would advise against entering into a transaction with him.

Sold Laptop

We had an agreement, and after I had told him it was packaged and ready to go, later that evening I decided I should do a fresh install.
The HDD gave me problems and I ended up shipping a laptop that some problems.

I offered to a Jim a couple of options to choose from. He waited for the Laptop to arrive and was able to fix what I couldn't.

I felt he should of been compensated for his time he spent fixing it and asked him to deduct it from the price of the laptop but he refused and paid the full amount.
I think that says enough of the type of person Jim is.

Honest beyond a doubt, I shipped first to allow testing of the item prior to payment being required. Money order was in my hand well before he tested the cpu.

I was in error letting the Dell only heatsink slip past me.

Lou never complain, rather he worked towards a solution and resolved it.

After sucessfull testing of the cpu Lou sent payment promptly.

A rating of positive is not nearly enough to rate Dale. A man with integrity and honor.

I sold several high end items to Dale. He was given the opportunity to test each item per agreement. The day after I had shipped them I woke up to a email that he had recieved, tested,and my money was waiting. That sparked another transaction . He knows his product, his market, and fair beyond belief. If you have a chane to enter into a partnership with Dale you better take it as he will make you money.

I had to rewrite this as it became a book. I simply cannot say enough or state everything Jim did going well above and beyond what one could hope for.
