This is the second transaction I've had with Hans and it went just as smooth as the first. We even ran into a small problem with a couple of the cables and he got back to me within 10 minutes and had outlined several different solutions to the problem. At the end of the day...Everything worked out fantastically.

I actually prefer to trade with someone like Hans...and in the future...I'll go out of my way to do so. The specific reason is this, things don't always go as planned and when they don't...you want to be dealing with someone on the other end you can put some trust into. Hans is one of these people. Period. End of story.

If you're considering a trade with him, don't hesitate. That would be the best advice I can offer.

His packing skills are insanely good. I can't remember the last time I received items that we're individually wrapped?!

He was also kind enough to work with me on a payment plan. I paid him the first half up front and then the second half a few days later. I was quite surprised to find out he had shipped the items before I sent the second half of the payment. Very kind indeed.

I purchased the stated items from Joshua in a combo deal. We agreed on a time to ship the items and he was very prompt in shipping and packed well. Actually...very well considering he was dealing with a Scythe Mugen and it arrived without a single bent fin.

Where the transaction gets interesting is that the cpu didn't quite work out as planned and that is where you get to know a person real fast.

Joshua didn't miss a beat...he really stepped up to the plate to make sure both of our interests we're taken care of and resolved the issue in a gentlemanly manner. I'm actually still sitting here quite impressed as to how he handled our transaction.

After much thought...I not only would recommend trading with him, I'd also recommend you go out of your way to do so. That is if you're looking for a smooth trouble-free transaction "no matter" what circumstances may arise. Expect to be treated well. In this day and age we find ourselves...this is becoming quite rare.
