It was a great experience, FedEx delivered correctly (not up to seller but anyway) and it was packed so well I thought it was a brand-new one--the cellophane was still on the screen for crying out loud! An outstanding experience for sure.

Purchased this in response to a WTB I posted at AnandTech. My 500G external hard drive was getting near full and it was time to upgrade it to a 1 Terrabyte. I had no problems, I'm using the hard drive right now & it seems to be working just fine. It was well packaged in its original box, and it arrived quickly.

Not sure why the prior 3 buyers had problems, can't speak for them, but for me--I had no problems at all and would buy from him again without hesitation.

Out-of-box I got "physical memory dump" messages but seller offered refund & also advised ways to fix it (swap the location of the 2 RAM chips) and that fixed it, & he was very helpful with hunting down drivers (out-of-box it was setup but I had "wiped" it along the way). Sold MSI Wind U100 netbook. Buyer was patient with shipment (took me awhile to make sure I had backed up my data & restore it to a "clean" state). Battery life was on the decline (when I shipped I noticed it was running down in 20 minutes or so when it had been lasting 90 minutes or so) & seller was okay with me refunding $30 towards the purchase of a new battery. (I found a replacement on eBay & sent him the link to it.) I would sell to this buyer again for sure.

It was a great experience. The seller shipped it out quickly, it arrived quickly, and worked fine. Most of all, though, the seller provided way above the call of duty level of support for me. I had trouble getting the replacement WLAN to work because I couldn\'t find the driver, the seller communicated with me well beyond his responsibility to help me fix it. He also was patient with me as I became anxious about it all. I can\'t recommend him highly enough.
