  • Sold a WD 100GB HD, THOUGHT it was ok sending a white label, but found out later they are much cheaper than WD labelled ones. I was using 7 of the 8 drives at the time, and the only one I had free was a white label, while 6 of the other 7 were WD labelled. I would have gladly sent a WD label drive had I a few more days to migrate my data. I would have gladly switched the drives had he asked. Apparently he would rather keep the white label and give me a negative instead.

    y0shi was the Seller on January 20, 2004 Other/Unknown

Buyer refused to work with me after I explained the situation, which was an honest mistake. I would have gladly traded drives for a WD labelled one had he given me the chance. Be careful when dealing with this, be on your toes or you may find yourself with a negative heatware for an honest mistake you would gladly of corrected once it was made.

    Response from laptop
After 2 weeks of asking y0shi to make the situation right.
He only would offer to sell me more drives.
Why he gave me a negative rating I dont know (mabey mad at his rating from me).
I didnt get what he advertised,
I paid him fast and only wanted what I paid for.
He made no offer to swap me for a WD labeled drive.
An honest mistake is only honest if you fix it.

too bad the deal was awful for both of us- i was out 350$ for over a month and only recovered 250$ of it in trade value and absar was out a computer for awhile when he needed it. however i feel we both handled it as well as we could in the situation. o and another thing about absar- he'll return ur emails QUICKLY! :)

  • he sent me a pc133 128mb dimm of LD ram and a Logitech USB Mouseman+. i shipped him 2 case fans, 8$, and another person that he was dealing with a 136$ money order

y0shi was the Buyer on December 14, 1999 AGN

goods arrived on time and as advertised. however, weeks later when i needed it, the ram was incompatible with 3 of the 4 mobos i tested it on! John's a great guy and offered to buy it back immediately before we knew it wasnt defective. to ease the loss in value of pc133 over the last month, i reffered him on my paypal account and he beamed me my money back plus some for shipping. this trade is one of the few that has had a hitch, but i was so lucky i had it with john cause he's so professional and honest i had nothing to fear- he made things right! :) HIGHLY RECCOMENDED!!
