my friend recieved the slocket 2 very quickly. after my friend got the item, richie sent me an email even letting me know that the slocket had been recalled and giving me links to the proper places to deal with it. and he did a group order for 20 slockets and didnt make any moneey off it. that combined with the email truly make him a top notch trader who went the extra mile!

i sent a money order first, and then jefferey shipped the mitsubishi diamondtron 91+ 19" monitor to me. he was the second owner of the monitor so he tried to get the reciepts and everything from the first owner. he emailed the guy many times, and really did want to help me out. unfortunately the first owner was a b*tch and never followed through with sending the reciept documents like he said he was going to.

Unit arrived very quickly. I was most impressed with how helpful iGrooCk was after I by chance mentioned that I was going to run quad crossfire with it. He sent me a picture of the proper way to wire it up the system to prevent the known issue where the system won't have enough juice. Saved me a potential headscratcher, and with quad crossfire waiting for me, downtime is a criminal waste of my fun potential! :) Looking forward to dealing with this up-and-coming trader again soon!

Great seller, works with you. Wish he was more available to respond to questions, but it is perfectly acceptable for people to go a few days before checking their PMs when they don't have any deals going and it's the weekend. Just something to keep in mind if you're on the fence about offering a higher amount, you may not get the chance to raise your offer before someone else gets an offer in at his already low asking prices!
