Throughout our conversations I specifically asked if he had the 939 mounting bracket because I mean the heatsink is useless without it. He said yes. He shipped it out and I recieved it the 7th of July and opened the box and the bracket was not in it. He was out of town until th enext Thursday so I had to wait till he got back because he said he just forgot to put it in and he would ship it out to me when he got home. Fine.

He gets home and tells me he cannot find it. I ask him to just order one and have it mailed to me. He doesnt want to do that so I ask about a game and a light he had FS and then he said he couldn\'t find the game.

I had originally given him 35 and I paid shipping. After a week and a half of me waiting around. He wanted to send me 30 dollars MO and me pay shipping back to him. I didn\'t think this was right at all. I just bit the bullet and ordered a new bracket.

He then said he never said that and I didn\'t save the conversation on AIM and said he sold the item as-is but he sold it incomplete because I dont care about the scratches on the bottum of the heatsink.

Cliffs: Jared said he had the bracket. Week passes he said he doesnt have it. He trys to rip me off. I buy a new bracket and just lose out on the money.

I definitly would not deal again just because of the fact he insulted me by not even refunding all of my money.

Buyer had messaged me about buying some stuff and I didn\'t get back to him quickly enough and when I did he was still happy to buy the stuff so I threw in all of the iphone parts I had. We spoke through AIM and once we settled on an amount he paid immediately. Great buyer and prompt payer. Also as soon as he got the parts he tested them and verified everything was working.

I was looking for a new socket 939 board. Seller had a great board at a great price.
