I really think that there should be a more graded scale for evaluating a user, because giving a simple "positive" for this trade seems woefully inadequate.

I needed something to take the place of a router I purchased from another anandtecher who was taking forever to ship to me. I pm'd Jeremy and asked him if the hubs he was selling would be adequate for this. He didn't just say yes, he took the time to give me a crash course in networking 101 even though it was about 2 in the morning. He shipped the hub very quickly, I received it several days before I expected, and it was packaged very well. He included everything he said he would, as well as about 20 feet of cat5 as a bonus. I can't see how its possible that he made any sort of profit on this trade, as he only charged me $20 and the postage alone was $8. Also, knowing that I didn't know much about networking, volunteered to help me when I was setting up my network if I ran into any problems. I see that as going far beyond his responsibility to me as a seller. It would be my pleasure to trade with again, he is truly one of the most professional, friendly, and considerate individuals I have had the pleasure of doing business with. It is good to know (especially after all the trouble I've had with my router trade) that there are such good traders out there.

I won\'t go into the details of this trade, because it really isn?ÇÖt necessary. I?ÇÖll just say that things became complicated and had to be sorted out.

From the very start of the deal he was friendly in his pm?ÇÖs to me, and the item arrived quickly and well packaged. When I experienced some difficulties, he was quick to answer and did his best to research and solve the problem for me. He was much more accommodating than most would have been if placed in the same situation. In the end he offered resolution that meant he would take a loss on our deal. It was obvious that he cared more that I was satisfied with everything than he was with anything else.

Jeff is a great trader. I would have hated to be stuck in this sort of situation with a trader of lesser character on the other end of the exchange. He has my thanks and unabashed recommendation.
