He trolled me. I sent the mice, the router never got to me. He claimed the shipper lost it, and he didn't insure it because it wasn't a "big ticket item". I gave him months to make this deal right, he kept telling me that he'd send a me a router or my mice back...never saw either.

I hate to do it, but I can\'t in good conscience leave a positive eval for this one. I sent payment via money order on Jan 9th. On the 18th he told me he\'d had family issues and hadn\'t shipped yet. I\'d inquired about purchasing 2 more cards from him prior to this, and he said he\'d ship me all 4 for what I\'d already paid to make up for the delay. Fine. I receive the cards postmarked Feb. 6th. Also, he only sent 3 cards, which is one more than I paid for but is not what he said he was sending. I also was unable to reach him via email after Jan 18th.

I purchased the modem, and when it arrived the power cord was missing. I didn't have one that would work, and couldn't find one locally. I asked that he try to locate a replacement (he said that he could get them locally at little expense.) and that I would cover the cost. He then stopped responding to my emails. The fact that this was just an oversight would have disuaded me from leaving anything but a positive eval, but his unwillingness to resolve the problem, even at my expense, warrants a neutral eval.
