Very thorough tester of parts and quite patient with resolution of problems I didn't know the parts had. My PSU emitted a high-pitched noise which I guess came on slowly enough that I never noticed or it never thought it was a problem. He offered a very fair resolution to the problem which I was happy to accept. It's a little embarrassing to send parts you thought were 100% working, but were actually on the verge of failure.
