Eheim 1250 pump. Supposedly "new in retail box".

This deal was made on January 1, 2003. Payment was made 10-20 minutes after the price was agreed upon with Pay Pal. Pump was to be NEW unused in retail box. Shipping was to conclude on Jan 2, 03.
But shipment was not made until approximately January 8th, 03 after much involvement with troll hunters from amdmd.com. and many emails from myself.

Pump finally arrived on 1.10.03 BROKEN! Pump was NOT broken in shipping but previously to shipment. Again more emails were sent and finally reimbursement for the broken part arrived.
