Buyer backed out of a "dibs," or commitment to buy. Item was held for nearly two weeks at his request before he backed out stating he had financial problems. No sale took place as he was released from his obligation to purchase, citing his financial hardship.

Posting this neutral eval as a cautionary heads-up for future traders because a firm commitment to buy was broken, even after item was held for two weeks.
