There was an oversight on my part (huge one) where the mobo had a burned out chip and scorch mark below the last PCI slot that I did not see prior to boxing up. I gave the buyer options for a full refund or partial refund at his discretion. He went ahead and tested the board and thankfully got it to work.

What could have turned out to be a disastrous transaction instead became a smoothie thanks to sf101's reasonability and troubleshooting skills.

Poor communication. While the drive did arrive in working order, there was a delay in shipping and no communication about the delay. Inquiries on the delay went ignored.
