I bought a mobo/cpu/RAM combo

On April 20th, Justin and I made a deal, and I sent an MO the next day. Justin said he would ship no later than April 22nd. In fact, the package was postmarked 10 days later--May 2nd. For most of that time he failed to answer PM's and EM's. On May 1st, Justin wrote me that he had shipped on April 25th, but, as stated above the package was postmarked May 2nd and arrived on May 7th. The combo booted without a problem. Slow shipping a poor communication for me would have warranted a neutral, but lying deserves a negative in my book.

I paid Thomas on December 27th and he's repeatedly lied to me about sending the cables. He even sent me a false tracking number. He's playing a lot of people along by promising to deliver goods that were paid for, but after 2 months I can only conclude he's just a cheat and liar.

I paypaled him for the CPU on 8/21, and he responded that day that he\'d ship it that afternoon. He disappeared from the forum two days later. The CPU never arrived and that was the last I heard from him, despite my private messaging and emailing him. On 9/6 I contacted the Anandtech moderator who also tried to contact him. He also didn\'t respond to the moderator who did find him to be active on the web at other sites. On 9/10 I filed a dispute on paypal, and on 9/12 he initiated a refund. He has never contacted me to explain his actions, and I have no reason to believe I\'d have gotten a refund, except for my having filed a dispute.
