The item arrived in a timely manner, well packed, but with some integral parts missing.
This was an honest mistake, as the person who sold it to Mike did not tell him everything.
We worked together to resolve the situation. Mike understood my point of view and I knew that Mike would do all that was reasonable as a responsible seller to make the situation amicable for both parties. The end result was that Mike refunded a small portion of the monies paid and I had to find this replacement part on my own.

During this whole situation, he kept in constant contact with me, always feeding me updates when necessary. Mike is truly a trustworthy trader that stands by his word. He is a genuine asset to Anandtech.
