The WinXP with COA came exactly as described. However, the RBX came with missing hardware. Rich was great was communication and the refund, as he bought the RBX from a known bad trader. Jason shipped promptly after payment and kept in good communication. After receiving the package, it turned out one of the hold-down pins for the heatsink had fallen off during shipment. After some discussion with Jason, we decided the best course of action would be to throw some thermal adhesive onto it. Jason kindly reimbursed me for the cost of the thermal adhesive. Although the packing was more than adequate, sometimes accidents happen during shipping. Jason was very understanding of this fact and made the deal right for us.
