    first, communication was excellent, very quick replies to everything. second, due to the difference in heat, he agreed to ship first, and then receive payment. Got the drives, they were packaged very well, but should have been in antistatic bags. One of the drives ended up having physical problems, so I told gersson I would need to rma it. He did take action immediately, and offered me a discount for the problems. Overall, a good transaction, and I would deal with him again. Thanks!
