One of the cards ended up being broken which was not a good look for me.

I ended up letting him keep the water block, the back plate, and the air cooler because I felt so bad.

All in all, he was a great person to deal with. Even after receiving a broken video card, he took pictures, communicated very clearly without any anger or anything.
