Purchased 60 gig drive from Ben Davis on the Hard forum

I bought this drive from Mr. Davis and now that it is here I am very dissatisfied.

When I got the package from FedEx the drive was bare and freely moving around in the box
He only used a 2.5' thick box to sent it in which is not near enough room to package a hard drive safely.

Mr. Davis also said it was a used drive, but conveniently forgot to mention it was a refurbished unit.

The drive passed the test for functionality, amazingly. I have to say I will pass next time Mr. Davis has something I want.
