I bought an HDD from etrumpeter. Communication was fast and so was shipping. Packing was outstanding - drive shipped in a real hdd box with proper foam surround and even an anti-static plastic tray. I was very impressed with the packing job. :) I'd definately buy again from this guy.

Card was well priced. Shipping was fast and packing was sufficient. Card seems to be working fine, although I have no CATV line to test the signal with at the moment (Windows sees it without a hitch so I'm assuming it's good.) I'd buy again regardless, this guy is a good seller.

He was particularly good about shipping - couldn't get it out the day he had originally mentioned but got it shipped the next day and was extremely apologetic. If only retail companies were like this man! :-)

After I got the drive I had some problems getting it to play DVDs correctly - it turned out to be an odd jumper setting that I had overlooked. Eric was great on the communication during my problem; he wanted to help me make the drive work. I''d have no hesitation buying, selling, or cross-trading with Eric in the future.
