A typo between AGP and PCI occurred. This was _not_ through malicious intent, but rather a simple typo. As such, a neutral rating.

As for the seller, Ryan:
Ryan is absolutely top notch. The communication was consistent, and reliability was beyond contestation. I wouldn't hesitate before dealing with him again.

As for the product, Dell x300 laptop:
Great price and pretty good battery life (~2 hours.) The only complaint that I have is a small smudge on screen, but that's negligible considering it was a used laptop. The exterior is flawless, and there is no evidence of this laptop being used extensively.

Overall, I'm very, very satisfied with the entire transaction.

I can't imagine how this deal could have gone better. Joon was available for questions before, during, and after the transaction. He cut me a deal on a multiple purchase (and this was beyond his already excellent prices.) Between the quality of his products, and the price that he charged, I would have absolutely no hesitation before buying from him again. I'm very pleased.
