I can't begin to tell how happy I am with this purchase. Communication was great and he even gave me a phone number to call him when heatware was down. We talked on the phone and he gave me a GREAT price on the monitor I just couldn't refuse it. After I paid him, he sent me the tracking number and the monitor arrived in 2 days. He even insured the monitor which I didn't even ask. The monitor arrived in its retail box with all the cables and it looks BEAUTIFUL!!! Thanks so much Michael.
